This mobile app is empowering for mechanics, allowing them to access all the necessary information wherever they are, even without an internet connection. The app enables mechanics to receive and complete work orders, access detailed equipment information including repair history, parts, schematics, serial numbers, and warranties, and save time and money by alerting them to potential savings opportunities. It also facilitates collaboration among mechanics working on the same order and allows them to easily log all relevant details such as time spent, parts used, receipts, photos, and notes. Managers can also benefit from Equipment360 as it enables them to stay organized by providing an overview of upcoming maintenance, incoming requests, inspection issues, and equipment moves. The app simplifies the management process by allowing managers to easily convert alerts into work orders and set up automatic preventive maintenance reminders. Integration with GPS provides accurate meter readings and allows managers to track the live location of equipment pieces. Managers can efficiently assign and balance mechanic workloads using drag-and-drop functionality and can easily review and close out completed work orders.
